Description
Build pelvic floor exercises into your routine with this three-piece Kegel trainer set. Each smooth, elongated trainer features an external retrieval cord and a different weight, making it easy to choose the level that suits you and progress gradually.
The trainers are made from hypoallergenic silicone and can also be used for focused internal sensations. Clean each one before and after use with warm, soapy water or a quality toy-cleaning fluid or foam. Use only water-based lubricant; avoid silicone-based lubricants and contact with other silicone toys.
